A word to the wise:
There is a lot of attorney advertising on the Internet today as well as on television and radio. Many times, in fact more often than not, the lawyer who appears in the advertising will NOT be handling your case. Your case will be handed down to a less experienced associate and the named attorney who was in the ad may never be involved with your case again.

That is not the case when you hire me in your case. I will work with other lawyers at times, but I will be the “quarterback” of your case from the beginning to the end including all negotiations, mediations, key depositions, and, of course, trial.

As you are considering other firms, particularly those that advertise heavily, ask who will be handling your case and advising you throughout the course of the case which may last several years depending on the complexity of your case.
